USA Terms and Conditions of Orders
- All orders 100% prepaid before shipment.
- Costs exclude sales tax, packaging, and shipping charges unless noted.
- Pricing subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
- Credit card transaction fees of 3.75% and wire transfer fees added to each order where applicable.
- Overdue balances after 45 days of the payment due date shall be subject to an 18% APR finance charge.
- Sales tax is only charged in the State of CT when applicable. Seller is responsible for collection and payment of sales taxes to state/city and county per local requirements.
- SD Labs makes no implied public health warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the products regarding the purchase of products or the application of the purchased products. SD 90, Mold Mitigator, !ON GUARD!, SD 90+, SD, SD-Auto, SD Auto Plus are Treated Articles per FIFRA and US EPA regulations.
- SD Labs’ liability for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed in value the total of the charges paid by the Customer on any order. In no event shall SD Labs be liable for the loss of profits, indirect, special, consequential, or other similar damages, including but not limited to loss of use of associated equipment, rental of equivalent equipment, or claims of the Customer or Applicator Partner.

- Discounts on SD Labs Manufactured Products:
6% on 20’ container (9 pallets)
12% on 40’ container (18 pallets)
