SD Labs Executes MOU With Leading Saudi Company At The Saudi-US CEO Forum

SD Labs is pleased to announce the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with The ITEAC Group of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As an invited participant in the Saudi-US CEO Forum 2018 this past Tuesday, SD Labs executed a Memorandum of Understanding to create an exclusive joint venture with the ITEAC Group of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deliver our products and services to 11 Gulf Coast countries and several countries in Northern Africa. Plans call for the creation of a manufacturing, distribution, and training facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the development of regional offices in the surrounding countries to promote, apply and sell our long-lasting antimicrobial coatings and related products. ITEAC focuses on large-scale security, transportation, healthcare, and technology projects for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has offices in France, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Morocco,

The Saudi-US CEO Forum created the opportunity for SD Labs to introduce our solutions to over 200 CEO’s from the US and Saudi Arabia in the spirit of fostering new trade opportunities between our two countries to help meet the Saudi Vision 2030 blueprint. We thank His Royal Highness, Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, and our new partner, Dr. Amin Al-Shanqiti, for enabling us to participate in this wonderful event, and for facilitating introductions to the various Saudi government officials, Ministers and CEO’s present who have expressed great interest in our efforts. These included DOW, Aramco, Saudi Airlines, Saudi Arabia Mining, Saudi Arabia Airlines, Tagnia, Sabic, Sadara, Mercedes Benz, GMAC, Fluor, Lawrence Tech, NEOM, various news and media outlets, public and private investors, and many other leading CEO’s in both the US and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Use of our products to protect the more than 2,000,000 pilgrims attending Hajj this year is under consideration by the local authorities.

SD Labs looks forward to rapid growth in the Middle East with the help and support of our new partners at the ITEAC Group and within the Saudi government, healthcare, and commercial sectors. To learn more about this partnership, please email us at info@sdlabs.com
